Almond Protein Muffins.

Soooo, if you workout or at least trying to loose some weight and eating right and clean, this sweet little tea snack will brighten your day anytime anyday. Almond protein muffins are just perfect for protein source, fiber, good carbs and good fats. You must try these! Here's how:


1 1/2 cup of whey protein powder (i used vanilla) 

1 1/2 cup eggs whites 
4 tbsp oat flour 
1 tbsp ground flaxseed 
4 tbsp unsweetened almond milk 
2 tbsp water 
1 smashed banana 
2 1/2 cups of sliced almond 
1/4 cup organic (no sugar added) applesauce 
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted) 
2 1/2 tbsp cinnamon 
3 tsp baking powder 
Pinch of sea salt. 

Preheat oven to 350F, mash banana with almond milk until smooth, add the rest of the ingredients up to the sliced almonds and mix well. Fold sliced almonds after all. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
