Belgian Waffle Fever.

Delicious Belgian waffles literally got us craving two weeks in a row . Actually more my fiance than me, but i don't complain, because i love cooking from time to time. 
Belgian waffle originally showcased in 1958 at Expo 58 in Brussels, Belgian waffles were introduced to North America by a Belgian named Walter Cleyman at the century 21 exposition in Seattle in 1962, and served with whipped cream and strawberries. 
My type of waffle this time is whitout strawberries and whipped cream, but surely with chocolate, fruit puree, ice cream and some banana. It's so good, you want to lick off your plate afterwards. 
There are so many recipes online, you will go nuts finding the best one. I came across the best one so far, by a Belgian lady, who cooks these waffles for her grankids on the weekends. So far, it's the best one i've tried. Here we go... 

You will need: 
4 eggs 
2 cups of flour 
2,5 teaspoon of baking powder 
450ml milk (i used water, i dont like milk, really it's your choice what you want to use)
2 table spoons of vanilla extract 
5 table spoons of sugar 
1 teaspoon of salt 
1/5 unsalted butter stick

Seperate egg yolk from egg white, mix egg yolk with sugar and salt, then add heated butter to the mix as well as vanilla extract, pour the milk to the mix (or water), then flour with baking powder, mix everything all well, at the end get seperate dish to mix the egg whites until it becomes foamy. Pour egg whites foam to the mixture, and mix everything carefully. 
After that, you all ready to bake some waffles! Don't forget, this mixture is designed to be baked with waffle machine. 

  I used Lean Fat Grilling Machine. As well as non-stick Coconut spray oil.

Melted one of the yummiest lithuanian chocolates to make a sort of fondue which was a hit! 

Also used some frozen berries to make a very berry puree.

And the finished product... Very yummy, and maybe not so healthy, but surely satisfying!
